How a shopping cart coin generated leads for ReumaNederland

Our challenge was to collect as many leads as possible with ReumaNederland for telephone follow-up. It became an accessible campaign with which you could request a free shopping cart coin. This ergonomic shopping cart coin is very easy to use, especially for people who have less strength in their fingers due to rheumatism.

From the end of 2019 to March 2020, we and our affiliate partners have recruited over 20,000 registrations for a shopping cart coin. In addition, ReumaNederland has sent an email message to its own supporters. They have also been able to make people happy with a coin via Facebook and Instagram.

The result

ReumaNederland has more than achieved its recruitment goals with the campaigns. A large part of the leads were called with the question whether they wanted to become a one-off or structural donor. Due to the corona crisis, ReumaNederland was unable to collect in the spring of 2020. The loss of income from those collections was partially compensated by the successful lead campaign and the associated follow-up.
