    Processing purposes and legal basis
    The legal basis for data processing is Article 6, paragraph 1f GDPR. Purposes of data processing for use in dialogue marketing and for scoring advertisements.

    Legitimate interest
    The legitimate interest in data processing is the personal use and transfer of the data to third parties for direct advertising (recital 47 GDPR) and data analysis to fulfil the business purpose of Mint Marketing or its suppliers.

    Recipients
    The recipients of the data are advertising companies from all branches of industry. Transfer to third countries: There are reasons for transferring the data to third countries.

    Extensive information according to Article 13, paragraph 2 GDPR:

    a) Duration of storage
    The data will be stored until the purpose for which it was collected is achieved or there is an objection to its use.

    b) Rights of the data subjects
    The data subjects have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and objection to processing, as well as data portability (Art. 15-21 GDPR).

    c) Revocation of consent
    If data processing is based on consent, consent can be withdrawn at any time and data processing remains lawful until the time of revocation.

    d) Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
    In accordance with Article 77 GDPR, any data subject may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that their personal data are being processed unlawfully.

    e)Obligation to provide personal data
    The provision of personal data may be necessary if a law enforcement authority requests us to do so or if the data is requested in the context of criminal prosecution.

    f) Automatic decision-making and profiling
    In the context of order processing, it may happen in individual cases that advertisements are scored (sometimes by third parties). Information obligation according to Article 14, paragraph 2.

    g) GDPR / sources of data collection
    Mint Marketing only uses data from third parties. It does not build up a database itself or manage databases of its customers or suppliers. The data she uses is used exclusively for the campaign and is removed from the systems within the set time.

    The Do Not Call Me Register
    The client who wants to conduct a telemarketing campaign for consumers and natural persons is responsible for registering the campaign and deduplicating the file with the Do Not Call Me Register. For more information, please visit bel-me-niet.nl, for companies, visit www.bedrijven-bmnr.nl.

    The National Register of Deceased Persons
    For surviving relatives, it can be quite painful to receive advertising mail addressed to a deceased person. Via Postfilter, you can easily and free of charge register the contact details of deceased persons in the National Register of Deceased Persons. The data will then be used for ten years to prevent unsolicited advertising mail. For more information about the National Register of the Deceased: www.postfilter.nl/registratie-no.

    National Postal Register
    With Postfilter you determine which addressed advertising mail you want to receive. Free and easy. Do you want mail about charities and nice offers from magazines, but not about cars and horoscopes? In the National Postal Register you can indicate which sectors you do not want advertising mail from. After four to six weeks, blocks are fully active and they remain so for a period of five years.
